Timeline for Westmount/Sutherland Church
1959
- Saskatoon Mennonite Mission Church established
1964
- New church building was erected in the Westmount district of Saskatoon and name changed to Westmount Evangelical Church
2002
- Sept 1 – Building destroyed by fire
- Sept 1 – Sunday service held in the gym of Mount Royal Church
- Sept 8 – First Sunday service at Living Hope Church
- Sept/02 – LHAC offered the use of office space & offices have remained there until May of 2012.
2008
- Aug 20 – Purchase Agreement signed between Holy Family Church and Westmount Evangelical Church (purchaser)
- Oct 19 – The first service (afternoon) was held at Holy Family Church
2009
- Sept 13 – The first Sunday with the new name of Sutherland Evangelical Church
2011
- Sept – Took ownership of building but still sharing space
- Dec 18 – Holy Family Church are officially moved out and Sutherland Evangelical Church assumes sole residency
